TAXISnet at taxisnet.mof.gov.cy is still active in 2026, but its role has shrunk significantly. As of March 2026, TAXISnet handles TD603, personal and company income tax declarations, and provisional tax. VAT, VIES, and PAYE moved to the new TFA portal. If you use the wrong portal for a filing, your submission is invali
TAXISnet is still used in Cyprus for social insurance filings (ERGANI) and VIES declarations, but all direct tax filings — including VAT, provisional tax, and income tax — moved to the TFA portal in March 2023. d.
The Current State of TAXISnet in 2026
TAXISnet was Cyprus's primary tax portal for over a decade. Since 2023, the Tax Department has been migrating functions to the new Tax For All (TFA) portal. The migration is ongoing and as of March 2026, TAXISnet is in a "partially active" state — some forms are still live, others have moved.
TAXISnet is still the correct portal for:
| Form | Name | Who Files |
|---|---|---|
| TD603 | GESY/SDC declaration on dividends | Companies (using company login) |
| TD1 / IR1 | Personal income tax return | Individuals |
| TD4 / IR4 | Company corporation tax return | Companies (via auditor) |
| TD5 | Provisional tax declaration | Companies |
| TD623 | Deemed Dividend Distribution (pre-2026 only) | Companies with legacy DDD obligations |
| IR63 | Employer certificate for employee | Employers (given to employees) |
What Has Moved Away from TAXISnet
The following filings are no longer accepted on TAXISnet and must be done on TFA:
- VAT returns — moved to TFA in March 2023
- VIES declarations — moved to TFA with VAT
- Monthly PAYE (TF7) — moved to TFA in early 2025
- Annual PAYE (TF7 annual) — moved to TFA in 2025
- PAYE payments — no longer via Tax Portal since July 2025; must use TFA or JCCSmart
How to Log In to TAXISnet
TAXISnet uses CY Login — the same credentials work on both TAXISnet and TFA. You do not need two separate accounts.
Login steps:
- Go to taxisnet.mof.gov.cy
- Click "Login" and enter your username and password
- If you have both personal and company access, select the appropriate role after login
Important: When filing TD603, you must log in with the company's TAXISnet credentials, not your personal credentials. The TD603 is a company declaration. If your company does not have a separate TAXISnet login, contact the Tax Department to set one up.
TD603: The Most Used Remaining TAXISnet Form
TD603 is the form Cyprus companies use to declare GESY withheld from dividend payments. It must be filed on TAXISnet by the end of the month following the dividend payment. For example, dividends paid in January must have the TD603 filed and GESY paid by 28 February.
The GESY rate on dividends is 2.65% on the gross dividend amount. For a non-domiciled shareholder, no SDC (Special Defence Contribution) is due — only GESY.
Example: Company pays €8,000 dividend in March 2026. TD603 must be filed and €212 GESY paid by 30 April 2026.
For full TD603 instructions, see our dedicated TD603 filing guide.
TD4: Company Income Tax Return
The TD4 (also called IR4) is the annual company corporation tax return. In 2026, this is still filed through an auditor via TAXISnet. The deadline is 31 March of the second year following the financial year — so for FY2024, the TD4 is due by 31 March 2026.
The TD4 cannot be filed without audited financial statements signed by an ICPAC-registered auditor. Budget for the TD4 process to take 2 to 4 months from year-end.
TD1/IR1: Personal Income Tax Return
The TD1 (personal income tax return) is still on TAXISnet but is expected to migrate to TFA. The standard deadline is 31 July of the following year. For tax year 2025, the deadline is expected to be 31 July 2026 (verify with your accountant as extensions may be granted).
If your only income is dividends from your Cyprus company and you are non-domiciled, dividends are exempt from income tax. You may still want to file a nil return to maintain your tax residency status in Cyprus.
Provisional Tax (TD5) on TAXISnet
The provisional tax declaration (TD5 for companies) is filed twice a year on TAXISnet:
- 31 July — first instalment (50% of estimated corporation tax)
- 31 December — second instalment (50% of estimated corporation tax)
With the IS rate now at 15% since 1 January 2026, recalculate your provisional tax if you were using the old 12.5% rate. The penalty for underestimating by more than 25% is 10% of the total tax liability plus 1.75% annual interest.
The Payment Flow from TAXISnet
TAXISnet itself does not process payments. After submitting a declaration, TAXISnet generates a PRN (Payment Reference Number). You then make the payment using:
- JCCSmart at jccsmart.com — Enter the PRN and pay by card or bank transfer
- Tax Portal at taxportal.mof.gov.cy — Still works for direct tax payments (corporation tax, income tax) but NOT for PAYE since July 2025

Historical Declarations on TAXISnet
Declarations filed on TAXISnet before the migration remain accessible on TAXISnet. You can view previous VAT submissions from before 2023 and all historical income tax filings. TFA does not retroactively display pre-migration filings.
If you need to amend a declaration from before the TFA migration, the amendment must be done on the original portal where the declaration was filed. Contact the TFA helpdesk at 17700 or the Tax Department at +357 22 601 100 (Nicosia) if you are unsure.
